I bring deep, hands-on experience across diverse project environments, having contributed in nearly every role involved in project delivery. From early strategy and stakeholder engagement through implementation, risk management, operational transition, and change management, this breadth of experience informs practical advisory support that helps people adopt new ways of working—not just deliver a plan.
My work spans multiple sectors—including healthcare, technology, professional services, and complex, change-driven organizations—providing a grounded understanding of how initiatives operate under real constraints. I account for change fatigue as a real delivery risk by pacing rollout, tightening communication, and reinforcing psychological safety so teams can absorb change without burnout; the result is clearer decisions, stronger alignment, and outcomes that hold.
Structured Delivery, Stable Operations
I support organizations through the lifecycle of complex initiatives—definition, delivery, and transition—when clarity is thin, timelines are tight, or coordination spans multiple stakeholders. Support can include RFP/tender work, milestone and dependency oversight, and building project plans teams can actually run. I can lead as the accountable project manager or embed as a delivery lead, PMO/governance support, senior analyst, or advisor, depending on what the work needs.
Beyond project delivery, I’m adept in operational support and operational excellence—shaped by leading change and improvement initiatives and applying service management plus Lean and Six Sigma discipline. I translate real-world drivers into decision points, prioritize critical path over nice-to-haves, and manage delivery through a living roadmap aligned to milestones, dependencies, and capacity. Progress and risk stay visible through a small KPI set and practical reporting/analytics, enabling timely course correction and a durable handoff into operations.

Project Delivery, Execution & Change Management
Project Services supports the full project lifecycle—from early concept and initiation through planning, delivery, and close-out—using PMI-aligned principles to bring structure, governance, and delivery discipline to complex work. The intent is controlled execution with clear accountability, practical planning, and outcomes that can be measured.
My approach and documentation are tailored to context, risk, scale, and organizational maturity. Whether utilizing Agile, Waterfall, Stage-Gate, or hybrid models, I adapt the structure to the work rather than imposing it. Beyond technical delivery, I integrate Change Management and the ADKAR framework to ensure success at the individual level—building the awareness, desire, and ability necessary for lasting adoption. This support extends into operational transition to ensure resourcing and readiness, utilizing modern tools to keep work organized, on schedule, and financially controlled until delivery stabilizes.

I’ve been part of projects that went well and projects that didn’t. The difference is rarely effort—it’s clarity, ownership, and how people coordinate when pressure shows up. Across roles, I’ve seen where breakdowns start in the handoffs between leadership, delivery teams, vendors, and operations: vague priorities, unclear decision rights, and risks that stay unspoken until they become urgent. That experience shapes how I support project work—make success measurable, get priorities explicit, and keep commitments visible so drift is caught early.
To keep work from going off track, I use a few simple habits: a short written plan that defines what “done” means, regular check-ins tied to decisions and next actions, and simple tracking of goals and KPIs with clear measures. I keep a running log of decisions, actions, owners, and due dates so nothing gets lost between meetings. When something is stuck, we name it early and assign a single accountable owner to resolve it. I also plan for handoff into day-to-day operations with basic training and a short post–go-live support window, backed by practical reporting that keeps progress, risk, and operational readiness visible.
