Support can cover discovery through closeout, including requirements, stakeholder alignment, planning, governance, risk management, and progress visibility.

Pricing is based on time and level of responsibility. The standard rate is $125/hour (CAD), with adjustments for higher ownership and accountability, accelerated timelines, complex stakeholder environments, or specialized support.
