Project Consulting

Project Consulting provides hands-on support to move complex work forward. I can step in as a project manager, senior business analyst, reporting and analytics lead, continuous improvement lead, change support, or an embedded advisor—based on what the work requires. Support can cover discovery through closeout, including requirements, stakeholder alignment, planning, governance, risk management, and progress visibility.

Pricing is based on time and level of responsibility. The standard rate is $125/hour (CAD), with adjustments for higher ownership and accountability, accelerated timelines, complex stakeholder environments, or specialized support.
