A short somatic reset you can use during stress or overwhelm. Designed to interrupt escalation in under three minutes.

Intro:

When stress spikes, thinking harder makes it worse. This reset brings attention back to sensation and breathing.

How to practice (3 minutes):

Minute 1 – Feet and hands

Place attention in your feet. Then your hands. Notice temperature, pressure, contact.

Minute 2 – Exhale drop

On each exhale, imagine weight dropping downward.

Minute 3 – Whole body awareness

Sense the body as one unit. Stay with sensation.
