The Sleep Reset Workbook was created from both personal experience and years of learning alongside care professionals in the healthcare environment. For much of my life, I struggled with poor sleep, restless nights, and periods of insomnia. I know what it feels like to be exhausted but unable to settle, and how deeply poor sleep can affect your health, mood, focus, and overall well-being.
Over time, through trial and error, professional guidance, and practical learning, I came to understand that better sleep is rarely about one quick fix. It is often about noticing patterns, lowering stress load, calming the nervous system, improving routines, and creating conditions that help the body feel safe enough to rest.
This workbook brings those lessons together in a simple, structured way. My hope is that it helps others who are tired of guessing, overwhelmed by scattered advice, or looking for a realistic place to begin rebuilding more restful, restorative sleep.
